§ 13.20.030. Industrial and nonprofit institution consumers.

Water furnished to an industrial consumer and to nonprofit institutions for irrigation purposes shall be charged at established rates up to a volume of twenty thousand cubic feet. All water furnished in excess of twenty thousand cubic feet shall be charged at a quarterly rate of one dollar and ten cents per hundred cubic feet.
