§ 17.76.020. Principal permitted uses.

Only the uses of structures or land listed in this section shall be permitted in the R-3 district:
A.

Any use permitted in the R-2 district;

B.

Multiple dwellings, including row dwellings and condominium dwellings;

C.

Boardinghouses and rooming houses;

D.

Institutions of a religious, educational or philanthropic nature, including libraries and colleges;

E.

Hospitals, funeral homes and mortuaries;

F.

Nursing, convalescent and retirement homes;

G.

Private clubs, lodges or veterans organizations, excepting those holding a beer permit or liquor license;

H.

Private schools, nursery schools, child nurseries and preschools;

I.

College dormitories, fraternity and sorority houses.
