§ 8.44.050. Prohibitions.

A.

All yard wastes shall be accepted at any city disposal site. The only containers that may be left at the city disposal site shall be untreated degradable paper bags or containers. No plastic bags or other containers of any type may be left upon the premises of the city disposal site.

B.

No person shall deposit yard waste in any street or alley or on the curb line of any street or alley or transport said yard waste to a collection site in other than a degradable yard waste container. Persons may deposit leaves upon a city street or an alley or on the curb line of any street or alley each year between October 1st and November 15th only.
