§ 9.54.010. Declaration of policy.

In the interest of preventing juvenile delinquency, it is declared to be the policy of the city to establish a curfew and to prohibit the presence of minors of the ages specified in Section 9.54.020, in the streets, public places and business establishments in Decorah, after the nighttime hours prescribed by this chapter.
